Embracing Negative Emotions

Give yourself permission to embrace the negative space in the experience of life.

Don’t be afraid of your own emotions, particularly the “negative” ones.

Anger, sadness, regret – – they’re all part of the human condition & totally natural. Pretending they don’t exist and/or suppressing them is detrimental to overall health.

Let them out & deal with them like an adult.
