“A Behaviorist is an initiatory Shaman” ~ Jordan Peterson

Suicide is permanent. Please get mental healthcare if you need it. 2 years ago I was pulled off the Golden Gate Bridge. I was so mad. Dialectical Behavior Therapy helped me turn my life around. Life still isn’t easy but I’m so glad I’m here to experience it.

Be aware of the sweet yet toxic nectar of adopting a victim narrative.

There are two type of people. One that looks in the mirror and owns his/her own faults and one that looks out the window to blame for their faults.

We hope you look into the mirror because there is no one else to help you but you.

Forgiveness brings healing

On February 3, 2019 By Backseat WisdomIn Anger, ForgivenessLeave a comment

Remember what it feels like when someone forgives your mistakes. Then treat the next person who wrongs you the same way. Compassion goes much further than anger.
